The Palace in Perth, Western Australia is a landmark three-storey heritage listed building located in the city's central business district. The history of The Palace is as illustrious as its location. Built during the gold rush in 1895, the Palace took immediate prominence as one of the most elegant hotels in Australia, crowned by gorgeously ornate Victorian-style features. The site was redeveloped into a bank in 1981, and the building has been restored and refitted to accommodate high end retail tenants and is now home to the Perth headquarter of Woods Bagot.
The Palace is located in the commercial heart of the CBD at 108 St Georges Terrace on intersection of St Georges Terrace and William Street.
